• You must cancel your reservation 5 hours prior to the start time of class in order to receive the class back into your account.

• You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time of class or your bike could potentially be given away to a walk-in client.

•No refunds, transfers or extensions of classes

• No combining offers and/or promotions.

• Children 14+ can ride with adult supervision, upon reading and signing a liability waiver.

•All packages expire 90 days from purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:

You must submit a completed cancellation form before 30 days before the 6 month membership period to cancel membership. If you do not submit a cancellation form, your 6 month membership will automatically be renewed the first day it expires.

Cancellation prior to 6 months will result in a 50% charge of the monthly fee for each remaining month until contract completion date.

All parties involved understand that with the signing of this termination letter, the 6-month unlimited contract will be canceled after the full cancellation payment has been received.

Late Cancellation/No Show:

5-hour notice; you must cancel 5 hours prior to the class start time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Failure to provide us with proper notice will result in a late cancel/no show fee of $7.50.

Freezing Accounts:
If a member is prevented from using their membership for a significant amount of time due to medical reasons, your account can be frozen with providing the proper documentation from your physician.

Bereavement:
If there was an unforeseen circumstance, your membership could be put on hold at owner’s discretion.
