SCULPT & STRENGTHEN: Sculpt & Strengthen is a 60 minute mat based class that combines traditional yoga poses and strength training exercises using (optional) dumbbells and ankle weights to challenge both your body and mind as you build strength and flexibility.

 

HEATED VINYASA FLOW: Our vinyasa flow is a 60-minute class focused on connecting your mind and body. As you flow, you will stretch and strengthen your muscles while disconnecting from the outside world and connecting to your body. This class is moderately heated, and perfect for all fitness levels.

CORE N’ RESTORE: Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core, you’re 6+ weeks or a few years postpartum, it’s never too late to improve strength and function. This class is designed to strengthen and restore core and pelvic muscles. Rehab and rebuild fundamental strength, especially through deep core exercises. Specializing in postpartum recovery but available to all types and fitness levels.
