Policies, Terms & Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Advance\u2022 You must cancel your reservation 5 hours prior to the start time of class in order to receive the class back into your account.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time of class.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022No refunds, transfers or extensions of classes<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 No combining offers and\/or promotions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Children 14+ can ride with adult supervision, upon reading and signing a liability waiver.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022All packages expire 90 days from purchase date.<\/span><\/p>\n

How does the waitlist work?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. This works the same way as signing up for a class – you\u2019ll need one class in your account. As spots open up (either bikes or mats), they\u2019re assigned to those on the waitlist in the order they joined (first come, first served). If a spot becomes available for you, you\u2019ll receive an email or text notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you change your mind and no longer want to stay on the waitlist, be sure to cancel your spot. You can remove yourself from the list at any time without any penalty through the app or website. If you\u2019re added from the waitlist into the class, the regular cancellation policy will apply, which is you have to cancel 5 hours prior to the start time of class to avoid a late penalty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within 90 minutes of the class start time, the waitlist will be locked and <\/span>you can only be added to the class if we are able to reach you by phone or if you\u2019re physically at the studio. If no spot opens up before the class begins, your credit will automatically be returned to your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 & 12 Month Unlimited Contract Members<\/strong><\/span>
\nCancellation Policy:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You must submit a completed early termination or non-renewal form 30 days prior to your contracts expiration. If you do not a submit a form, your contract will automatically renew for another term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation prior to the expiration or renewal of your contract will result in a 50% charge of the monthly fee for each remaining month until the contract completion date.<\/span><\/p>\n

All parties involved understand that with the signing of the termination letter, the contract will be cancelled after the full payment has been received.<\/span><\/p>\n

Late Cancellation\/No Show:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(Unlimited Members Only)<\/span><\/strong><\/em>
\n5-hour notice; you must cancel 5 hours prior to the class start time in\u00a0order to avoid a cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Failure to provide us with proper notice will result in a late cancel\/no show fee of $10.00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Membership Perks:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll get priority booking and can book beyond 30 days, the option to freeze your contract for medical or bereavement reasons and a lower monthly rate for being on auto-renew.<\/span><\/p>\n

Freezing Accounts:<\/span><\/strong>
\nIf a member is prevented from using their membership for a significant amount of time due to medical reasons, your account can be frozen with providing the proper documentation from your physician.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bereavement:<\/span><\/strong>
\nIf there was an unforeseen circumstance, your membership could be put on hold at owner’s discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n
